BeVirtue:Home Spa - Warm Milk & Honey Lemon Soak


Warm Milk & Honey Lemon Soak –

*Note: This is not a cleansing method, it is a soak. I recommend that you do this after you take a shower.

Materials Needed –
Milk (2 cups)
Honey ( ½ cup)
1 Fresh Lemon

1 – Begin by running a warm bath until your bathtub is full.
2 - Cut fresh lemon into 10 thin slices and place them in different areas in the tub.
3 – Warm up 2 cups of milk on stove. I don't recommend using a microwave! (If you have a bathtub that is larger than normal warm up 4 cups of milk)
4– Next take about a ½ cup of honey and mix it with the milk
5 - Pour the mixture of warm milk and honey into your bathtub
6 – Now you are ready to indulge in your Warm Milk & Honey Lemon Soak (I recommend soaking for a minimum of 15 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes.)

What this does for your body:
Milk - Exfoliates your skin leaving your body feeling silky smooth
Honey - Moisturizes your skin. This is perfect if you suffer from dry skin.
Fresh Lemon Slices - Lemon slices have a soothing, refreshing, and softening influence on skin.
